X-TWO^TM Period Attendance - Opening Screen

Sample Teacher's Section Listing

When a teacher signs on to the X-TWO^TM Period Attendance component, a listing of that teacher's sections is displayed. This display contains the following features:

1. The sign-on password can be changed by clicking on the Key Icon at the top of the screen and following the procedure to establish a new password.

2. Absence Threshold Colors can be shown. When a roster is selected, the names of students who have accumulated set numbers of absences will be displayed in blue or red to alert the teacher.

3. Each section assigned to the teacher is defined by Semester, Course, Section Number, Description, Meeting Code and a notation whether attendance has been recorded in that section on the current date (Today on the screen above.)

To select a section, you'd click anywhere on the line that lists it. This demonstration will show attendance marking for Section 03, Economic Legal & Political System.

Click anywhere on the second line in the sections list shown above to open the class roster for that section. (Return to the top of the screen.)
