Attention! North Carolina EducatorsUse D-TRAK® to instantly generate your annual The customized North Carolina version of D-TRAK® allows you to note incidents involving Students, Staff or Other perpetrators that are reportable to law enforcement. When you enter into D-TRAK® a new incident involving a Student, simply note with a check mark any offenses that are Reportable to Law Enforcement. (If you're entering an incident involving a Staff member or person other than Student or Staff, the incident will be marked Reportable to Law Enforcement by default.) Post the incident into the database and D-TRAK® will display the following details screen. ![]() Click on the down arrow at the right of the Offense text box and select from 17 possible offense descriptions. Next, click on the down arrow at the right of the Consequences text box and select from seven possible consequences. Finally, click Done to register your selections. It's that simple to tag infractions that are reportable to law enforcement! When it's time to generate your North Carolina Crime and Violence Report, click on the like-titled button on the D-TRAK® main screen, set your date range (or accept the default range from the first date of your school year to the current date), click a button labeled Generate Report, and here's a thumbnail sketch of what D-TRAK® will do for you ...
