D-TRAK® - Main ScreenRead below to learn more about the main screen, then follow a New-Discipline-Incident-Entry demonstration by clicking on the screen's New Incident button.
From the D-TRAK® Main Screen, you can:
- Customize and maintain Tables such as lists of students, teachers, infraction prefixes and codes, action prefixes and codes, standard comments and letters, and more.
- Generate more than thirty Reports that you can customize to suit your needs.
- Send letters or mailers to Notify Parents.
- Generate customized Graphs.
- Record a New discipline Incident.
- Access an Old discipline Incident record.
- Create and access an A*Log of general preventive actions taken to help an at-risk student.
- Mark records when Detentions/Suspensions are Served.
- And change your password!
