  1. The report grid, a portion of which is shown here, will contain all of the details of each incident captured by your query. When the report is printed (via the Print button and with or without a separate sheet listing search criteria) it will contain only the fields that were selected on the previous screen in the Fields to Include in Report section.

  2. The report can be given any name. You'd simply place the cursor in the Title to Appear on Report field and enter your choice.

  3. As in the Incident Analyzer function, you'd be able to view a summary of the search criteria (via the Recap button).

  4. The report format has been designed so that all available fields (from the Fields to Include in Report section) will fit across one page in landscape mode. If all fields were selected, the first column would contain a cluster of information for each incident consisting of the School Number, Incident Number, and Student Number. The second column would contain a cluster for each incident consisting of Student Name, Student Info -- Grade, Gender, Ethnicity -- and the Birth Date. Each succeeding column would contain the clusters of three items that are represented by succeeding horizontal lines in the Fields to Include in Report section.

    A full-field report would then feature a total of nine columns containing clusters of three items per incident. Below is an extremely compressed view of the report headings, but it will give you an idea of the kind of highly detailed report you can generate with the Report Creator.
