D-TRAK® Central Office - Incident Analyzer

Specify Action Codes or Prefixes

The D-TRAK® Student Discipline Tracking System is equipped with an extensive list of common Action Codes and Action Prefixes. Each school can modify these lists by adding, editing, or deleting Codes/Prefixes.

1. Through the D-TRAK® Central Office component, the Action Codes used by your schools may be selected individually, or by categories, which are called Action Prefixes.

2. In this demonstration, for example, we could have selected each of the In-School (IS01 through IS10) and each of the Out-of-School (OS01 through OS10) Suspension Action Codes from the list on the left side of the screen. Instead, we simply selected the IS and OS Action Prefixes on the right side of the screen, and thereby indicated all of those Action Codes in our custom search.
