Define Search Criteria
Specify any combination of selection criteria via the following options:
All of the schools whose archives you imported would be listed in the upper left box on this criteria selection screen, which is labeled Include All Schools Checked Below. By default, all of them would be selected. You could use the Uncheck All button to the left of the field to uncheck all boxes and make individual selections by clicking on boxes to insert check marks. Conversely, you could click on certain checked boxes to remove the check marks, thus deselecting certain schools. Clicking the Check All button would return your screen to its default setting.
You could select incidents that were resolved by certain Administrators (lower left) and/or that were reported by certain Teachers or other authorized personnel (lower right). You'd click on the box beside the name of any Administrator(s) or Teacher/reporter(s), and a check mark would be inserted into the box(es). (The number beside each box identifies the Administrator's or Teacher's school, reflecting the numbers assigned by Central Office in the School View function.)
You could narrow the search to Specific Students whom you would select individually. Click on the Specific Students button to view that selection screen. (Go to top.)
You could narrow the search to students who match certain Demographics. Click on the Demographics button to view that selection screen. (Go to top.)
Searches can be limited to specific Infraction Codes or to any Infraction Codes that are covered by specific Infraction Prefixes. Click on the Infractions button to view that selection screen. (Go to top.)
You could limit your search to certain Actions, or certain categories of Actions, taken in response to Infractions. Click on the Actions button to view that selection screen. (Go to top.)
You could even search for incidents involving specific Weapons or specific Locations. Click on the Weapons or Locations buttons to view those selection screens. (Go to top.)
Click on the Next button in the upper right corner of the screen above to return to the "Find Specific Discipline Information, Set Search Criteria" screen. (Go to top.)
