Override, Confirm, or Reset a Date Range For Your Query


  1. This screen allows you to design a search that is either unrestricted by dates or limited to a specified date range. The Don't Restrict the Date Range field is checked by default, and therefore it overrides any displayed date range. If you wanted your search to be unrestricted, you'd simply proceed to step 4. If you wanted to restrict your search to a certain date range, you'd click on the check mark to remove it and proceed to step 2.

  2. By default, the date range for your query will be a one-year time span that ends with the current date. If this period was satisfactory, you'd proceed to item 4. If you wanted to alter the date range, you'd click on the calendar icon beside the range, which would display the following screen.


  1. You could change one or both dates in the range by clicking on the calendar icon beside a field and selecting a new Start or End date from the larger, revolving calendar that would pop up. Selection would close the calendar and place the new date in its respective field. When you were satisfied with both dates in the new date range, you'd click Done to close the turquoise screen. The new range would then be displayed on the gray screen shown above.

Click on the Done button on either screen to proceed to the next criteria selection screen. (Return to the top of the screen.)
