Using the TAB or arrow keys to move from box to box and line to line, you would enter the amounts of agents that were given and wasted during any applicable perioperative phase. Entries represent the standard units of measure for the respective agent.

Click on the Next button in the upper-right corner of the screen above to proceed to the next screen. (Go to top of screen.)
