If one or both of these items are selected for tracking during the setup of your program, you could record the Type of Surgery performed and the Type of Surgeon who performed it on the screen shown above. All you would need to do is click on the radio button beside the correct option.

Subspecialties can be included under some or all Surgery Types and Surgeon Types when screens are designed under the A-TRAK^® System Setup program. If subspecialties were included, smaller yellow screens would pop up for further selection under their respective Types.

Click on the Next button in the upper-right corner of the screen above to proceed to the next screen. (Go to top of screen.)
