A-TRAK® Chart Entry & QA
Via the A-TRAK® System Setup program, you can customize your screens to track only those items that suit your facility. The following screens illustrate all possible tracking options in the order that A-TRAK® displays them.
Patient & Provider Information
On a new chart, the current date will always appear in the Surgery Date field. Changing the date is as simple as clicking on the calendar icon and selecting a new date from a pop-up calendar.
The list of possible Patient History selections is determined in the System Setup program. Here, you would record the patient's history by clicking on the PT History button and selecting as many items from the pop up list as apply.
Recording of all times from the start of anesthesia through discharge from the recovery unit can be accomplished quickly by entering numerals only, based on a twenty-four hour clock, and pressing the TAB key to move to the next box. (Colons are inserted automatically.) A-TRAK® even recognizes when the times that you enter indicate a late night/early morning surgery that spans two dates, and it will ask you to confirm that fact.
Entry of all other information that you see on the screen above is as easy as pointing and clicking to record your selections.
