D-TRAK® Central Office is the logical extension of our very popular D-TRAK® Online Student Discipline Tracking System, which is used by hundreds of individual schools to manage their student populations. A powerful tool for those who are charged with ultimate responsibility, Central Office puts ultimate control of discipline information into the hands of District Administrators.

Custom queries, as broad or as specific as you design them, will instantly extract the discipline data you need from your schools' D-TRAK® archives. The results can be presented in colorful graphs or black-and-white reports for your in-depth analysis.

D-TRAK® Central Office gives you the power to:

  • Import the D-TRAK® archives of every school in your district when you need them.

  • Audit summaries of each school's discipline incidents. Instantly see the total number of incidents and view subtotals that are broken down by Infraction Codes.

  • Open the archived system of any of your schools in the School View. Review any menu item or incident record; generate any report or graph for any date range you specify.

  • Create custom data queries via the Incident Analyzer and display the results in the graphic format that best suits the data.

  • Create custom data queries via the Report Creator and compile the results into a thoroughly-detailed printed report.

  • Select students by name/number or by demographics and Print the lists by school.

  • Generate a comprehensive District In-School/Out-of-School Suspensions report. Tallies of each type of suspension are listed beside categories of Infractions that earned the actions, and counts are further broken down by student gender and ethnicity. Recidivism statistics are also included.

  • Generate a district-wide Report on Exceptional Children and extract the information you need to satisfy Section 504 and ADA Title II requirements.

  • Generate a broad Report on Out-of-School Suspensions that lists OSS counts by the Infraction Codes that prompted the action.
